The foundation’s newest board member was raised in Smithers and recently moved back after growing weary from 20 years of urban living. Seeking a meaningful way to better connect with her community and to support projects and causes that would preserve and promote the wonders of the Bulkley Valley and B.C.’s northwest, she joined the foundation in June 2011.

Her background is in communications, public relations, and event & project management in both the non-profit and private sectors.
